Can this package open a browser here?

Usage

browser_available()

Value

TRUE, or FALSE with a reason attribute saying what is missing: the safeconduct.browser option set to FALSE, or no Chrome or Chromium found (set the CHROMOTE_CHROME environment variable to its path).
